What a Great Location!!

Great location! We love to stay at the Kokonut Hut. It is always clean and comfortable. Super easy walk to the white sand beach or use the golf cart its all great fun. The comfortable beach house is quiet and very private with lots of nice landscaping. My greatest pleasures are the porches and heated pool with the sound of waves. Sooooo soothing for the winter blues! Shopping is just the right distance away and so are the delightful restaurants. We always like to go to Pompano Joes' on the beach. We look forward to our return and would recommend this house for your vacation Recommended for: Age 55+, Girls Getaway, Tourists without a Car, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway

Cold In Ohio

This house was the perfect home for two families to share. It was clean and well maintained. The kids loved the pool, the golf carts we rented and being close to the beach. It was an easy walk to the beach and the sand was soft and beautiful. It made it hard to come back to Ohio! The owners were wonderful at answering our questions and trouble shooting. We absolutely recommend this house for the perfect vacation. Recommended for: Girls Getaway, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children.

Sarah and I are excited to add 2 BRAND NEW Destin vacation rentals to be completed for the 2013 season! We will be adding the "Destin SeaClusion"; a very private luxurious 5 bedroom 4.5 bath with large heated pool, beautiful porches and only a 4 minute walk from the beach! Next will be our "Big Beach House"; a 6 Bedroom 5.5 bath home with a large heated private pool, views of the Gulf and only 2 minute walk from the beach. Street Legal Golf Carts for Free!!
After an over whelming positive response, we have decided to include Street Legal Golf Carts (LSV, NEV's) with all of our homes... for FREE!! Even the short walks to the beach can feel like work with tons of beach gear and children! Thats not a vacation! Now just load up the cart and enjoy the breeze through your hair while you zip down to the beach and back. You must have a license to drive these low speed vehicles. They may be driven on any road marked 35mph and lower. Many of our guests have commented that the carts were a highlight of their vacation.
