Deposit: 50% of rent is due to secure home.Balance of rent, tax and damage deposit must be paid 30 days prior to check-in day.
Damage Deposit: $500 Damage Deposit is refunded Wednesday after check-out if home is left in order. Credit Cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, and PayPal are accepted. There is a 3% charge on credit card & PayPal payments. To avoid that fee you can mail a personal check, bank check or cashier’s check.

The DreamScape is a BRAND NEW Destin Florida vacation rental beach house located in the quaint beachside community of Crystal Beach. This luxury home was built with one thing in mind… To provide you and your family with awesome accommodations for your vacation!
This 5 bedroom 4 & ½ bath vacation house has 3 Master King Suites along with a King room that shares a Jack-n-Jill bath with the kids bedroom. Sleeping up to 16 guests, there is plenty of room for your family or group to spread out. No comforts have been left out of this home. The elegant decor, upgraded amenities and close proximity to beach and attractions make this home truly unique! The DreamScape….Boom!
